प्रिय पाठकों ! क्या कभी आपने ये सोचा है ? इस संसार में किस लिये हमारा जन्म हुआ है ? हमें अपने रोटी , कपड़ा और मकान की व्यवस्था करने के लिये किस प्रकार के रोजगार का चयन करना है ? अपनी अभिरुचियों के अनुसार कौन सा रोजगार आपके लिये ही बना है ; जिसे आप अच्छी तरह से कर सकते हैं ? हमेशा देखा गया है कि सही समय पर सही जानकारी न होने के कारण हमारे बच्चों को बेरोजगारी का सामना करना पड़ा I
अभिरुचि (HOBBY) के विपरीत किसी अन्य रोजगार को करने के लिये बाध्य हुए ;जिनमें उनका मन भी नहीं लगा और उचित आय (INCOME) या कम वेतन (SALARY) मिला ;जिसके कारण वे अपने और अपने परिवार का पर्याप्त भरण -पोषण करने में असफल रहे I
उपरोक्त सभी समस्याओं एक ही कारण है , जिसे हम
अज्ञानता (IGNORANCE) कहते हैं I
उपरोक्त समस्याओं का समाधान केवल एक कुशल व्यवसायी ही कर सकता है ; जिसे हम “आजीविका परामर्शदाता
( CAREER ADVISOR/CAREER COUNSELOR )” के नाम से जानते हैं I
हमारा उन सभी माता -पिता , अभिभावको एवम् अग्रजों से अनुरोध है कि वे बचपन से ही अपने बच्चों की अभिरुचियों (HOBBIES) , प्रतिभाओं (TALENTS) एवम् कौशलों को पहचाने ; उन्हें विकसित करें I अपनी अपेक्षाओं (EXPECTATIONS) को उन पर न थोपें अन्यथा इसके घातक परिणाम हमारे बच्चों एवम् हमारे भावी जीवन को दयनीय बना देंगी I
